I can't help you, but we had a problem once with our Allison suddenly going in and staying in limp mode. CAlled just about everybody and then decided to call Allison. A very knowledgeable tech (and not faraway) walked DH through a temp fix and then we drove it to the closest Allison center. There the same tech made the repair (had to replace a wiring harness) and we were on our way. It was still under warranty.
The guy knew exactly what was wrong by our description. Save yourself some time and effort. . . call Allison.
