OK, I clicked on that street view, and IMO it's not sufficient warning especially considering signage standards in the rest of the country. White signs are usually for regulatory restrictions. If I see a white sign around here saying "no trucks", it means the neighborhood doesn't want through truck traffic, not that one won't fit. Every low clearance route I've been on is marked with a clear and concise YELLOW sign and the actual clearance. And on routes with reduced clearance in only one lane, there will be advance warning stating "trucks use left lane - Right lane clearance xx'-xx"
