Alternatives for storing sewer dump assembly - sanitary?

I have a 1998 Roadtrek 190P which houses the sewer dump fitting in the large storage compartment along with the city water hookup and fresh water hose storage, outdoor shower, and the electrical power...

Thank you for the links! I do best with visuals. Will have to experiment with size and location to see where something would fit. The set up should work, but I'm not finding many examples mounted to a B.
