Alternatives for storing sewer dump assembly - sanitary?

I have a 1998 Roadtrek 190P which houses the sewer dump fitting in the large storage compartment along with the city water hookup and fresh water hose storage, outdoor shower, and the electrical power...

Got this idea from a 190V Roadtrek site.

Went to Walmarts and purchased three dish pans. (I had to try to find the right size. All three fit perfectly in the left side storage area. In order, left one, Black water, middle one, fresh water, right one, electricity. Works beautifully.
