Bucket and brush is all you really need for the roof. Dish soap is best to avoid any potential hard. For the sides I head to the Dollar Store for a liquid cleaner called La Awesome. Smells like 409. Dilute down 3 to 1 or so and mix in a garden pump sprayer. Areas that need a bit more attention Bar Keeper's Friend will get the job done.
If you decide to go with the liquid floor wax (as I do) prep work is critical to the end result. Not that hard of a job, just will take a day. I usually spend Saturday washing and Sunday waxing. The liquid wax will require multiple coats.
