Thanks for all the responses.
Knowing how long I usually take to wash/wax a car, I'm afraid I would take way too long to wash/wax the RV. If I get a few hours this weekend, I'll probably give the whole thing a shot on one surface.
As for my roof. I was told by the previous owner that it had been replaced or recovered (don't remember which). It certainly feels like a rubber surface, so I assumed it has a rubber roof.
