I bought a 82 Pace Arrow 30 footer last season 44,000 miles and it was black from sitting under a tree for around 6 years. I went to Home Depot and bought a couple bottles of a house cleaner that goes on the end of a Garden hose and used it on the Fiberglass sides. The roof is metal and really cleaned up with just the pressure washer.(be careful around seams) getting back to the sides I started from the bottom and worked my way to the top. I then rinsed it off with the pressure washer and it came out looking good except it was really heavily oxidized.
Now started the work, It took 8 hours to do the pressure washing and a week to use a buffer and a De-oxidizer, then a coat of wax. This season I re waxed it (a lot easier) and she looks like she should be sitting on a showroom floor.
The old saying is if you want it done right do it your self.
I was given a price of 600.00 bucks to do it.But did it myself and used the 600 bucks for the gas tank!!!! I am retired (medically) and maybe could have done it in 2 - 3 days but couldn't do it. Good luck.Tim
