The second one for $9K more is a much better deal and does not have any of the negatives above.
Actually the AC is a side radiatior, the CC is notorious for radiator problems...also the CC is probably mis-labled in the engine as they came with the Cat C-9, which is a very good engine and has no negatives over the cummins.
