I have an AC Tradition '07 with the bath and a half floor plan. Absolutely love it. The previous 3 owners garage kept it, more than once someone asked me if it was new.
My comment on the mirrors are they do create a blind spot on the drivers side. As Blaster Man said they include a cluster of 3 mirrors which I do like. I haven't noticed the shades getting in the way of the mirrors.
Concerning the wipers, they are located near the roof as has been mentioned. If that's your main consideration in choosing a rig then eliminate this coach because every 3 years or so you're gonna have to climb that ladder. I'm not trying to be defensive, but the wipers issue is pretty lame.
As with any used coach 10 yrs old or older condition is the most important consideration.
