Your asking a very subjective question. To make the answer to the question even more difficult you're asking about an 11 year old model. Unless the coach has been properly maintained it's not going to matter what the perceived level it was. A "high-level" 11 year old DP with 8000 miles of use and the original engine oil might have questionable value and remaining service life.
Plus being over 10 years old the "high-level" campgrounds won't let you in so it doesn't much matter what it's pedigree was.
