As with everything, there are pros and cons. In my case, the DW would not have been happy with a 27' MH. It took a MH with a 2nd slide to get her buy-in.
We've been very happy with the MH in my signature and will drive it until we stop MH'ing. A little sound deadening to the dog house eliminated much of the noise, Koni FSD shocks and a good alignment took care of handling and ride issues.
Towing is easy-----takes about 3 minutes to hook and unhook.
Look around a bunch and be sure to take your significant other along. The cheapest and best way to buy a MH is buying the right one first.
