Another Norcold issue
Ok guys I have a Norcold 1200 series refer that recently started tripping the GFI when attempting to run on AC...(works fine on propane) I measured the voltage at the refer plug in point and have 118/...

To update.....While waiting for the ordered 120 AC elements I checked all electrical boxes in the coach and all were good.
Elements arrived today and when I went to install same the red light in the "overtemp " box was on ... the refer was disconnected during this period so not sure how this occurred ?
Went ahead and installed the new elements and still had no 12 volt to the refer so no way for AC to come on and check if see if heating elements cured the previous problem.
As a temporary measure only..... I jumped the red and blue connections at the black overtemp box and was able to bypass the box and check to see if the heating elements cured the GFI trip problem...They did (thanks Doug)
I also checked the thermocouple on the chimney and it had continuity not sure if that confirms that it is functional ( maybe the fact that it had continuity confirms failure?)
So did the black box fail while sitting? Will Norcold replace the box ..is there a way to confirm failure ( other than 12 volt does not pass thru) and possible reason for failure
Long post but thanks for any ideas or next step checks ...I won't operate the refer without functional "overtemp" box
