another wax ?

Aerospace 303 is not a cleaner, not a polish, not a wax. It is a water based SPF40 UV blocker that washes off when it rains and that's all.

I use a wax called Nu Finish on the front of my coach and all the metal storage doors. I use 3 coats of wax to get me thru a season! I use Aerospace #303 Protectant on my fiberglass it's a "SPF-40" UV Protectant that is earth friendly and on the bottle it claims to be "The Worlds most effective UV screening product. I've researched Aerospace #303, and it was designed by a Boeing Airplane Engineer (Boeing uses it on all there Airplanes to maintain luster on there finishes),I also researched it when it first came to the market to find out what ingredients are in it and none were listed (not one)! I even (did a MSDS search) and not one ingredient was listed due to a Federal Law, that protects a persons product! If it was petroleum based (like Turtle Wax tire products) it would have to be listed according to Federal Law. On the bottle that I have it say's for RV use that it can be used on Fiberglass, all interior/exterior vinyl and leather and can be used on RV EPDM Rubber Roofing. It says for maximum protection use every 3 to 5 weeks. My coats of #303 last about 2 months here in the rainy Pacific Northwest then it starts to loose it's luster. On fiberglass and decals, I've used everything and what works best for me is #303 or Pledge Furniture Wax both really easy to work with. Good Luck, Rooster

I have never used wax! The only thing on the coaches has been Rejex. It's an aircraft polymer that repeals everything. I do the coach about every 18 months.

But many around here use Aerospace 303, and nothing else, on their older and very beautiful motorhomes.

And neither Meguiars Ultimate Liquid Wax or Nu Finish are waxes! Ultimate Liquid is a synthetic "wax" and Nu Finish is described as a polish, but I believe it is also a synthetic product. There are very few true wax products on the market.

Meguiar's paste cleaner wax. It's easy to use, cleans off any light contamination, leaves a great shine with no swirl marks if you use a soft terry cloth towel to take it off. It also lasts a long time.

I use the spray Meguires Ultimate Synthetic on the Mercedes. It stays inside most of the time though.
It doesn't stay on as well as the paste waxes but it doesn't smear when hot etc either.
About time for clay baring and good polishing by hand only and another wash and a good Meguires synthetic waxing. I also wax the windows with the spray synthetic.
The Rejex is good stuff but not as easy to put on and not a glassy.
Meguires is not the only good car care but it does until I find something better.
The spray on protective film, I heard about on RV net is what I want to put on the front of the coach and the Mercedes when I can get around to it. I hate bugs and grit.
I have someone that details and does a super job, since I can't and see what he thinks about the spray on protective film.

I think I know my confusion... is the regular upper part of my coach fiberglass that is painted? use wax on that? The lower storage compartments (metal?) that's painted and just use 303 on it??? Or use rejex on the whole thing?

Again 303 will wash off in rain. I prefer to Rejex the whole thing.
