There are several things that you can do to improve handling, but a sway bar is not one of them.
1. Verify ride height is correct.
2. Verify correct tire pressure.
3. Verify that the bellcrank is not binding or has excessive wear.
4. Adjust the steering box for proper tightness.
5. Add restrictors in the lines to the air bags to reduce the Walmart roll.
6. Install a steering stabilizer like the SafeTPlus.
I'm guessing that your 35 ft. coach has a 208 inch wheelbase and there is only so much that you can do, but all of the above should help.
