There are a bunch on EBAY. You will have to modify them but it's easy enough with a hacksaw and coarse file.

Well, maybe not such a long shot. This is a really great place. I stop by whenever I travel up that way. It's fun to look through even if I'm not buying today. Last time I was there (Sept '13) they had many different headlight parts and assemblies.

If it's not cracked there's a good chance that the grommet/gasket around the socket on the back is shot and replacing should solve your problem

Thanks gets me on trac to look at a few things

Get the DOT number off the current one (it's on the lens) and google it.

I'm not sure which headlight you have but on earlier models they were from a Lincoln Navigator. The BAC will have the specifics.
