Our first major change in our 2005 BT Cruiser. We have the 5290. (31 ft) It had two heavy Samsung CRT TVs, one in bedroom, one over cab. My hubby and son went to Habitat for Humanity and found 3/4 inch cabinet wood that matched the wood in our MH. They made very nice doors that flush mount with piano hinges. They used window sash closures to lock door shut. Got flat mount TV mounts and cork gasket material. They used that for taking away rattle (vibration). When they mounted bracket, used stove bolts with lockwashers and nuts. The cabover had insulation showing so they bought the shower fiberglass plastic board you can buy at Home Depot in lumber and cut it as wide as cabinet and long enough for it to arc into shape. Now it looks finished inside! If wanted I will take pictures and post on facebook, as I do not know how to post them here.
