The 6300 might be working but it will slow charge at about 6 amps and 13.8 volts. The PD4645 will charge at 45 amps and 14.4 volts. PD also drops the voltage to 13.6v for normal use and 13.2v for storage without boiling away the water in the battery.
On a budget I would recommend a wet cell battery. Walmart, Sam's Club, or Costco group 27 for about 110 Ah.
Actually lot of people use two 6v golf car batteries in series for about 210 Ah for ~$170.

I don't have a good lead on LED lamp replacements but I read lots of posts with good luck getting direct from China for cheap.
