The manual refers to a storage switch but I haven't found it so it could be a manual for several models. I have to wonder what it's doing (the 1.4v) especially that the current is flowing while the unit is off. The manual says it's necessary for ignition.
It's 1.4volts. I can't get any amp reading at all from it. I got a cheap Chinese meter off Ebay ($15). You probably spent $50 to $65 and got your moneys worth.
