- Big_KatunaExplorer IIFreightliners come pre wired. Not sure about Spartan.
You could take the seven pin connector apart and see if it's wired and then know the wire colors. - OffroadrExplorerProbably should of mentioned I have a spartan chassis, not sure if that makes a difference. I havent found it yet!
- OffroadrExplorerGodsey it's a diesel pusher not a Ford.
Thanks guys I will dig for the harness this weekend. - Godsey97ExplorerI just installed the Prodigy in our Winny Vista. The same prodigy I took out of our Class C. The clip was hangin right against the steering column on our rig. Had the young, agile, son plug it in and then I could work on where I wanted to mount the thing.
IIRC, there was a change in their locations after a certain model year. The pigtail is still there, but they made it easier to locate after a certain year. On my class C I called Ford Fleet Support and they connected me to the nicest fellow who not only told me where to find the plug on my E450 cutaway, but which tools to use to get the dash bezel out.
Google your year 2006 Ford F53 chassis and it might pop up a picture of at least what to look for. - RollnhomeExplorerSo I guess for some it work and some it doesn't. On my 08 Discovery took about 30 seconds to find it.
The main thing is he finds it. - Big_KatunaExplorer II

I tried that way but could not find it. Taking the idiot light panel out let me snip all the tywraps. It was buried at the very back of the excess ten feet of harnesses. - RollnhomeExplorerUse the Chrysler adaptor it will plug right in. Rear plug is also Chrysler I believe.

There was one on my 05 Expedition. It was a bit of a bear to find. I took the info center out. It has enough harness to flop it over the top of the dash. This lets you see all the excess cable harnesses all looped around and Ty wrapped up. I cut some Ty wraps and started rooting around and found it. It has a nylon connector on the end. If I remember, the wires had printing on it with the function eg brake, etc.
I used an inertial type controller, doesn't use the brake light signal works great.
I am going to use a Teknosha Prodigy - OffroadrExplorerThanks guys!
