Winnie is one of the better brands and seems to have consistent quality, but they have their issues just like any other MH. The biggest one I have seen on here is issues with the fiberglass roofs peeling off going down the road. Unless they changed the design, the roof is simply lapped into a channel with no mechanical fasters. It's basically caulk that holds it in. I understand that regular maintenance keeps disaster from occurring but it's happened more than a few times based on some recent posts here. They are suspect to the same slide squeaks and fails that any other company that uses the Schwintek design. The 36Y has smaller slides so this should be less of an issue. I love the 36Y floor plan but bear in mind it's a first year design, sure to change for some improvements in the next year or so. Winnie makes a nice MH and a good brand that has withstood the market when many others failed. Decent quality and good support. Not sure what the weights or wheelbases are but those would affect handling - for better or worse.
