Tank, can't the rims be straightened? We did it all the time in the day. Their should be plenty of rims available in the size you need. Check with truck tire shops for new, used, and rebuilt rims. UPS, Fed-Ex, bread trucks, and other local deliverers us this size rim.
They probably could be straightened, but then we have a straightened wheel. The same steel wheel I had before. See the issue? I searched on the internet for over 6 hours, and I did find some new steel wheels, just like the ones that are out of round, that I already have. And they are right at $200 and above, so aluminum looks better and better at that cost. I know aluminum rims will hold up. But I'm sure there is a keyboard commdo to prove me wrong lol.
I truly think that if any of the companies you mentioned have some take offs, they're gonna be the same as what I have now, so no improvement in ride quality.
I have worked on motorhomes, and luxury coaches for a while after I retired from the military, but I didn't work on the chassis side of the shop, I was coach side, so I didn't see this issue. I know it was there, just didn't see it as it was happening every day.
