any leverage on 2003 georgie boy from dealer?

I'm looking at a 2003 Georgie Boy Landau 3402ds, 84,000 mi. on a workhorse, gas. $35,900
It's in very good shape.
Just wondering if anyone knows how much they might come down from that price or how much leeway they usually have on these trade ins?

    $35K for a 2003? Waaay to much!!! Check NADA for the real value.
    84K miles is quite a bit. In fact, I would say that that engine is about done.
    If it had regular maintenance maybe, but you really have no way of knowing
