As you compare prices of GVs, pay attention to which ones are on Foretravel's own chassis, and which ones are on a production chassis. That makes a difference in the value. Easiest way to tell is if the basement has no frame in it. I think the term Unihome means the chassis is built by Foretravel. May not be the end of the world, but should effect the purchase price.
