- cruising_spudExplorer IIDon't be so hasty to be critical. This forum has been so slow lately that fulltimin has been close to one of the top five posts for weeks.
- Johnny_G1ExplorerI have to agree with most poster's, it has been pretty boring for quite awhile, how bout's we get the show on the road????
- navegatorExplorerI think most of his time is just plain BS.

You can think it, you just can't say it. OK, it's been 2 month and like 15 pages since he did anything more than apply a bit of fiberglass to a piece of wood so we are pretty much on track. - ro_sieExplorerOMG! fulltimim. looks like some of your fan base is getting impatient. LOL

- I wanted to post this a couple of days ago, but it just didn't happen.
I did get to add 3 layers of Epoxy over fiberglass cloth to make the joint much more stable.
This is for the drivers side skirting.
One step closer to getting that installed. Wahoo! - Next step was to fill in the gap area with some extra epoxy. I mixed up a very small batch and proceeded to fill it in.
I left the epoxy a little bit proud.
For the younger crowd, which probably haven't heard that term before ... It means to leave the epoxy stand out a little bit, or "higher" than the surrounding surfaces.
When that cures, I can then sand the excess off, so it is flush with the plywood. Then I can add the fiberglass cloth and epoxy to strengthen the joining of the 2 pieces of plywood. - I flipped the plywood today, since I had epoxy on 1 side only, so far.
I then sanded the area around where the 2 pieces joined, and made sure they were the same height, in order to get ready to epoxy this side also. - Then I proceeded to add a third coat to this side of the skirt.
