- The shelf will also fold down, out of the way when not in use, which will be most of the time.

- I am also adding a shelf at the rear, under the window. That is roughly 12 x 24 and the wife can use that for holding her makeup and hair items while "puttin' on her "face", as she says.

- Test fitting the rear window slide again. That is 1/2" plywood about 20 x 24, give or take a little bit. With the slides waxed, I can open and close the cover with my little finger without trouble. Takes little effort to move it.

- I also widened the slot on the other side where the rear window cover will slide back and forth. Made that a touch over 1".
Not sure if you can see the extra saw cut there or not. Used my portable Ryobi to make the cut.
- Finally had some time to work today. First step was to add some sealant in the corners of the shelving area that will be in the "bath" area - that's what I call the last 3.5 ft of the rear of the motorhome. The actual bath area is on the drivers side, and this is on the passenger side.
I wanted to seal the corners, just in case some extra moisture from the shower area migrates over to the other side, hence the extra seal. This area will also get some Por 15 to help keep moisture from getting into the plywood.

Thought for the day/note to self..... When drinking soda from a 2 liter bottle, make sure said bottle is in an upright position before removing from the lips! :)
Oops. Hope it wasn't too big a mess.
No, just enough that I had to change my shirt. One of those ... What was I thinking?, or NOT? Lol.- WanderlostNomad II
