- While I am working on the drawers, I have a question.
I've been considering lighting inside, and would like to use all LED's.
We like the 6K lights, which are a bright light - more similar to daylight than the soft white lights, which are more commonly used.
I have 2 different sets of overhead lights which I can use LED's in. One set uses the standard 1141 type bulb.
The other set uses the T10 wedge type.
I would also like to use some LED string lights which are also 12 volt dc.
Any recommendations? - I have the left side of the plywood against a tooth on the blade, not just the blade itself, as the tooth is wider than the blade.
Making sure there is no play between the blade tooth, and fence, I can cut the next set, knowing they will be the same size.
- Next, I check to see if there is any play between the fence and a tooth on the saw blade. If the work moves, I know I will not have the same width cut as I have on the original.
Here, after pushing the work towards the blade, there is a slight gap between the wood and the fence, so I know it needs adjustment.
- Since I had not cut all of my pieces for the drawers, I had to finish them today. I don't know about you, but sometimes it can be a little tricky to get the second set of parts, exactly the same width as the first set.
Here is my procedure for making sure they end up the same.
I set he fence close to where I need it away from the saw blade, with the wood tight against the fence.
- After that I finished cutting the rest of the drawer parts for this section of the under counter drawers. On this section, there are 8 drawers. I had the sides cut, and today I cut the fronts and the backs for them.

- Today I got my second drawer in place with the slides, and a few screws. I had to shim the one side just a hair, and it's good to go. Slides easily in and out, and I haven't even added the wax yet.

- One drawer in place, and the second just clamped there.
A few screws, a couple of shims, some glue, and it will be on to the next set. Now that the grass is mowed, I am hoping that will be tomorrow.
- Thanks for the posts.
Today did not go much better than yesterday.
I will be so glad to move out of here and not have to mow grass anymore! Lol.
I did, however, get my screw replaced tonight with the stainless carriage bolt and wingnut, though.

- WanderlostNomad III made Spousal Unit start labeling all his jigs, so someone will know what they're for...
Now he's into labeling everything, so I had to get him his own label maker -- he was wearing mine out. I am glad he's doing that, though labeling the light switches did make me blink. - FloridaRosebudExplorer

Over the years, and there have been many, I have made dozens of 'jigs' for projects and have them hanging all over the shop. Problem is, I have forgotten what some of them are/were for and how they were used.
Hahaha...I sooooo resemble that!
