Did get the lawn mowed yesterday before the storm though. Yay!- No electrico - for the last 14 hours. Somewhere between the next 6 to 10 hours, it should be restored. So, the elec company tells me.

- I did get the mower fixed today. Does that count for anything? Ugh!
- After a couple of false starts today, I finally did get to the motor home and managed to get the frame glued and nailed to the plywood shelving area.
I did need to add a little support in the center up at the ceiling while waiting for the construction adhesive to cure.
Had a bunch of other stuff going on today, and as usual, getting the frames installed took longer than I was hoping for.
That means the mower isn't fixed, the yard isn't mowed, and the face frame on the passenger side isn't installed either. Lol...
Hope your week is off to a great start! - My wife asked me last night, "What do you have planned to do this week"?
I answered, "I want to glue the face frame onto the front of the shelves, on the drivers side of the motor home. I also want to cut the rails and stiles for the passenger side shelves, assemble them, and glue them into place. I also need to fix the lawn mower and mow the yard.
Then, I'll try and figure out what I want to do on Tuesday"!!!
She laughed hysterically. So did I. It was a magical moment. - I finally managed to get the rest of the pieces built for the drivers side shelf facings. I tried a couple of different configurations for the upper cabinet area.
I finally settled on a combination, and finished cutting, gluing, and screwing the rails and stiles into place.
Everything is now together. Nothing left to do but to add glue and fasten it to the plywood.
I was hoping to have that done by now, but some family issues prevented me from doing that. Not my niece this time. Lol.
Need some coffee and an energy drink tomorrow morning! Wahoo....
- Went to put in a screw in the shelving face today, and found that it wasn't possible with this particular screw. Oops....

- Here is a picture of the K4. The adjustment for different thickness stock is accomplished with a nut and threaded rod to get you close. (red arrow).
The red circle shows the arm to finish tightening the clamp and holding the stock in place.
Here is where the biggest difference is. The holes are drilled from the opposite side of where the clamp is.
When you are using small stock, it should not be a huge pain to deal with.
If on the other hand, you are drilling holes in a 2' x 6' piece of 3/4" plywood, now it becomes an issue to unclamp, move the piece, and reclamp, then go to the other side to drill the hole.
I say that, not based on my experience, but watching reviews of others, who brought that situation up. After looking at that, I decided to have both the final clamping and the drilling on the same side.
If on the other hand you don't use larger pieces of wood, it should not matter.
One more item. I saw one person with a K4, who removed the original clamp system like is shown here, and mounted an air cylinder in it's place.
He then mounted a foot switch on the floor, which controlled the air cylinder and clamped and unclamped the stock. It made that portion of the operation quick and easy.
If the jig is always mounted on a bench and never moved, that seems like a good idea.
Yup, another long winded answer to a simple question! Lol... - I want to point out a couple of differences between the K4 and the K5, and why I chose the K5.

Few things here. On the back side with the red arrow is the release button to adjust for the thickness of the stock. Pushing down on the gray button, releases if from the teeth, (yellow arrow), and then the clamp slides in or out to get you close.
The red circle is for the final clamping of the stock. Just a push on the lever and the stock is nice and tight. Once the stock is in place, you drill the holes.
Clamping, unclamping and drilling are all done from the same side.
