- Here are the shelves on the drivers side, finally screwed and glued to the wall. Wahoo!

- I was working on the drivers side shelving today. During the process I was thinking ......
What ya gonna do, what ya gonna do, what ya gonna do, when ya can't use a screw? I decided to give it a wedgie!...
Say what?????
This was at a spot that I could not use a screw to draw the bottom of the shelf end against the wall. Soooooo,,,,
I clamped a block of wood on the counter top, and proceeded to use a piece of wood that was tapered, (black arrow), and lightly tapped the wedge in until the back of the shelf end was tightly against the wall, with the adhesive between the two, (red arrow). Now, we wait.... - This is a pic of underneath the top shelf, before I cleaned up the adhesive squeeze out. You can see there is adhesive between the strip and the wall, and there is also adhesive between the shelf and the strip, as indicated by the arrows.
That means, those shelves should be nice and secure to the wall.
- Under the top shelf are a pair of screws that also are screwed into another piece of 1/2" plywood inside the wall.

- The inside view of the shelf end shows the screw, (red circle), which is secured into a piece of 1/2" thick plywood in the ceiling.
The arrows show a closer view of where the adhesive is between the shelf end and the wall, and ceiling.
- The opposite end is secured to the wall and ceiling. I applied adhesive between the shelf end and the wall, indicated by the arrows. The opposite end also has adhesive in these same places.

- After attaching the strips, I put the shelves back into place, and secured the one end to the bath wall with several screws and adhesive.

- Today, I cut my strips for supporting the shelves. Made them 1/2" square, and glued them to the wall, as well as using Kreg screws to hold them while the adhesive cures.

Who cares? Lol...
Actually, the floor is level. I jacked up the front end a little while ago to make sure it's level.
However, I wasn't using the level to "level" the shelves. I was just using the level as a straight edge, to make sure the shelves were straight, so I could mark the walls.- PastorCharlieExplorerIs the floor level?
