Anyone who RECENTLY installed a Whirlpool residential model?

Do NOT use a MSW inverter on Whirlpool reefers. If you have to, use a 1000 watt PSW inverter dedicated to the reefer. In my opinion, it makes more sense to replace the big inverter with a PSW so you never have problems with any of your electronics, now or in the future. We installed a Magnum 2012 to replace the stock Xantrex 458 when we installed our Whirlpool three years ago and have been very happy with it. We also stopped burning up our B&D Infrawave counter top toaster oven (fourth one)!
