Now tell us how many times you read over each and every rule at ANY campground BEFORE you have checked in and they then hand you the sheet with the rules printed on the back. :B
I have read the rules prior to entry but, it is much more common for me to read the rules after entry. If I had specific questions, I would certainly request and read the rules prior to entering.
Reading the rules is one of the first things I do after arriving at my assigned site.
Knowing, agreeing to, and obeying the rules prevents me from inadvertently disturbing the neighbors / management, and it also gives me a clear sense of what I can expect from my neighbors / management.
