So many times what it all boils down to is how the RV owner's react to their guests. Sometimes it can make all the difference in the world.
We generally never read the rules unless we are looking at the brochure for their garbage pick-up. I don't ever remember seeing anything really unusual of all the parks we've stayed in.
The parks that are in very HIGH demand will be much more strict on guests like at the Newport Dunes RV park in Newport Beach, CA. They have guard stations monitoring all activity. There is a grace period for when guests can come in for free then after that there is a charge. Since the guest is given a ticket, it's stamped on the way out to see how long that they have stayed and they will be charged accordingly.
I can understand that rule because of the beach access, etc.
Like I said, it's the way the owner's approach an infraction that make such a difference.
