That is an opinion.
It's the law in CA. Children must wear helmets when riding bikes.
And here in Wa. State. That makes it a fact.
Not here in IL! or any state we`ve traveled to for that matter.
And on the Buffet plate thing, I think his issue was with standing in a long line just to get a new plate. instead of offering plates to people that already have been served!
