The use of air conditioners also comes with low voltage, just so you know, so in essence, one might be paying extra for damage to their equipment. This is a first for me. Charging extra for the use of your A/C that is. Paying for showers is pretty odd as well.
To answer another question, NE is for New England or the North East and the latter is more appropriate for extraordinary charges and receiving little in return. Did I mention staying off the New York State rumble road as in I90 going east out of PA? Yep, $42.85 toll just from plaza 42X to plaza 24X and no I didn't stutter.
