I assume you're measuring on the 'A' scale. I'd be interested to see the same sound measurements at 23'; seems to be a standard in the generator industry. it'd help folks judge how much the 'QG' means in real world terms. (I got my pre-QG down to 56-57 dbA @ 23' with considerable effort, but it's in a compartment. That's also parked outside on grassy gravel.)
One thing you might want to experiment with is adding some neoprene washers (2-3 per) between the mounting plates and the green-box-of-noise. Use blue Loctite on the bolts so you don't have tighten them more than a bit snug.
Of course, all the noise isn't all exhaust. Cooling air inrush is part of it. Then there's the noise that comes out with the exiting cooling air around the tailpipe. If you're willing to experiment, try a piece of carpet under the exhaust exit; it'll probably help when parked on pavement.
