Be sure to fire up that AH unit to be sure it's functioning properly. There should be no screws attached to the external fluid reservoir. In that model coach the AH will provide domestic hot water, heat for the house and a heating loop for the motor so make sure all those loops are functioning properly. Hopefully there is a manual for the AH you can refer to to gauge the operation. If any leaks appear run away from this sale.
