are there Electric stoves or just gas?
wanting to remove our gas stove / oven and replace it with electric, but I can find any. Wondering if this is even something they make. My wife still does not like the idea of the build in gas system ...

You can get 2-3 burner induction cooktops which are all electric. They can also pretty pricy, so shop around different stores. Make sure you get one that's 120V.
As for the oven part, you'd most likely have to move to a Micro/Convection Oven combo for the simplest.
