are there Electric stoves or just gas?
wanting to remove our gas stove / oven and replace it with electric, but I can find any. Wondering if this is even something they make. My wife still does not like the idea of the build in gas system ...

Some of the newer motor homes are all electric so I can only imagine they have electric ovens as I can't imagine they would do without. Look at a all electric model and note what type, brand and model number they have. JMO
