Commercial vehicles pay the higher tax..........rest of us pay lower tax.
If you fuel at pump with higher tax rate ($0.26 vs $0.18) go to attendant and get $0.08 refund times number of gallons bought. (attendant has a log that has to be filled out with your name/address/vehicle info etc.)
Get over it.....RVrs are not going to get ticketed for fueling up with diesel in AZ.
Might pay higher fuel tax depending on pump used and not knowing about the availability of refund (on the spot).
But NO tickets..........
