Arizona RV Dealers

I'm considering buying an older Class A in the States because prices are better than up here (Alberta). I wouldn't consider buying anything without seeing it firsthand, but I've been looking on-line and have seen a couple of interesting ones. Unfortunately I can't just go over and kick the tires and I don't have any familiarity with the dealers involved; so I would be interested in any information about Superstition RV in Apache Junction and Pedata RV in Tucson.

  • Hi. I m from Alberta as well and bought my motorhome in USA 3 summers ago. Price and selection far better. I bought a used Newmar from a Newmar dealer in Minnesota and was very happy with transaction. Oregon also has lots of rv dealers. Make sure rv is on RIV import list. www.riv.ca
  • We bought from Little Dealer Little Prices, dealt with David Sampson, great guy to deal with. They have three dealerships, mesa, Phoenix, and Deer Valley.
  • www.demartini.com have fun browsing this website for used DP'd and gas RV's they are located in Grass Valley, CA. if you don't like the price make them an offer.
  • I would suggest you get someone working for you to look at used RVs at any of the dealers there. I used this fellow and he did a good job. There are others in the Phoenix area.

  • When we were looking at buying, Bob at Pedata was REALLY helpful, knowledgeable, and was sensitive to our needs as buyers. he wasn't "pushy" and didn't try to sell us something we didn't need-- he tried to find out if he had access to what we were looking for... this was great.

Our Motorhome that we bought (from owner) had been through Pedada RV about a year before and I called Bob on the off chance that he might be able to tell me anything about it. He was really friendly (again) even when knowing that we were buying through someone else (his words- "even though I wasn't able to help you find the RV you wanted this time, I want you to remember us as a positive experience for when you buy your next RV"

He also pointed us to the old website listing for our RV and though he couldn't remember it, walked us through what they do for each RV (checkups maintenance etc) to help us with concerns.

They have a really good selection of older Diesel and Gas class A's in a wide range of prices - We think quite highly of the experience we had.

  • Pedata RV in Tucson does not sell new units, so I would imagine they take consignments or pick up their stock at auctions. I don't know if this would matter to you. Just something to think about.
