Asbestos first need to be disturbed to become airborne and go on your lungs.
Mold is overused world and is scarring lot of people, but I like mold on my cheese and know that even if you see mold growing around your windows, it doesn't have to be immediate danger. Fungi is what everyone has in his house somewhere and when you let it go too far, it will affect the air as well.
I would inspect furnace and ducts inside.
You can call a lab to take air samples for testing, while home inspectors are not licenced "professionals" and could be yesterday "speedy lube" technician.
