ATC is automatic traction control and is controlled in the anti lock brake module. the two most common suppliers are Wabco and Bendix, the surest way to find the problem on a Wabco system is to find a dealer that has the proper software to read the codes, most truck dealers do.
The Bendix module has a light display on the module that will indicate the problem. to clear after repair run a magnet across the display
the location of the module varies some are made with the relay valve above the rear axle some are a hunting expedition
example, sensor light and rf lights on check rf sensor
depending on how mechanical you are you can check the wheel sensors with a multi meter, there is a sensor on each wheel and it has a harness that can be disconnected and resistance checked, most sensors have somewhere between 1000 and 2000 ohms resistance but that varies with the mfg. however all 4 should be close. if one is bad if you can access it pull it out with pillars and install a new one, the adjustment is push it in until it touches the tone wheel, it will kick back to the proper clearance once the MH is driven, if all check ok adjust them all and drive the MH. if the problem is corrected the light will go out at 5 to 10 mph
