No air flow may be a stuck sail switch, obstruction in inlet air duct, failed fan motor. Is there a separate on board fuse or in the fan wiring? I would make sure you're working with a set of fully charged batteries, initially.
If the furnaces have made three attempts to start, it may be necessary to reset them. There are different ways to reset, depending on model of furnace. Can you find the Model # and post it up. If you're lucky, one of the furnace experts on the Forum will log in and lead you through the diagnosis and repair. I'm not that guy.
