1. Atwood is the new kid on the block. So, you will be hard pressed to find knowledgeable help.
2. Ambient sensing is critical to RV HP operation. IF the ambient sensor senses incorrectly, it will default to Furnace.
3. Disconnecting the furnace will not help troubleshooting, it just makes sure you will not have the furnace running while you do troubleshoot.
4. Have you tried Atwood for help?
