I have similar furnace and my fan motor sits right there when you open up the access panel - don't think you have to pull the furnace - s/b "how to" online.
My mechanic told me that many fan related problems will go away if you turn the fan on let it run for a while .. so I turned off the propane and let the furnace run for a half hour + ... squeal went away. Worth a shot. Others have had luck by a applying oil ... use the forum search feature for posts on the subject.
