On mine all I needed to do to stop the noise. The fan (motor) shaft had a little side to side movement allowing the exhaust fan wheel to hit the housing. I just loosened the exhaust fan on the shaft and holding the intake fan pushed the exhaust fan towards the motor and retightened noise stopped.
