Same thing happened to me only mine was when trying to retract. I just kept playing with them, recycling them, even shutting engine off and trying from the beginning. Mine finally retracted and did not (not yet anyway) do it again, Once when one jack did come up but the alarm would not shut off, the dealer who was only a couple of miles away told me to verify the jack was indeed up and then told me which fuse to pull to silence the alarm. Suggest you could do the same. If it is really up, find the fuse to cut off the alarm. The early case required the jack to be rrplaced. The recent case has not happened sgain, but Atwood customer service and my favorite RV tech tells me it is only a meter of time until it must be replsced
