My 05 Bounder has Atwood elect Levelegs When I pushed the Auto button the jacks started going down then stopped and the red and green error light came on.When I go to retract them I get this LOUD chat...

That depends on where the coach builder put it. On ours it's in the main fuse cabinet, marked "jacks".
