Atwood water heater

Need help please!! I have a 10 gallon Atwood model ge16te water heater. Used it a couple of weeks ago and worked perfectly. Today, water heater heats up but I only get Luke warm water out of the faucets. Tank is hot. Flushed tank out twice (water hot). Still only Luke warm water out. The only thing I did was blow water out with air gently (water heater bypassed) during a short cold spell. What have I done? This on a 2006 discovery and literally impossible to get behind tank without removing completely.

    Sorry everyone for the delayed response... Got to talking to my campground neighbor. Y'all nailed again. Outside shower was the culprit. Happy holiday season and safe travels to you all!

    If, as suggested, you have checked your by-pass valve position....next - Make sure your outside shower is off. Not just the spray head button, the make sure the actual hot and cold valves are turned off.

    did you close the bypass valve back if you have a three valve system or is your outside shower on with the heasd turned off
