Yes,unfortunately I have had this happen several times. Beside the relay failure the is a green pressure switch which leaks and allows the brake to come on. I you look inside the autopark box you can locate the switch and remove the electrical connector to see if it is leaking. If the leak is bad you can see it without removing it.
