I am currently parked in Fairplay, Will be in Seneca tomorrow for a funeral (I sing in the choir) was there this AM for church. (St. Paul's on Bountyland).
Twin-Lakes has provided me with assistance, It's where I will take my RV if I need service here (Which I do) and they have worked for several of my friends.
I hear a lot of good things about 'em.
Folks, their story (Short version)
They were an auto body shop.. Someone taked them into doing a little work on an RV.
Well they still do the odd car. but now most of their business is RV related, They have special paint booths and so on for RV use. They use a high quality finishing method that is often better than the original factory job (on both cars and RV's).
And, they do other RV work as well. Good work, Reasonable prices.. They do not gouge on parts either.
Example. When my furnace fialed (Jan 2012) I priced the part through them.. (Quote: About 250) I found it for less on the net 3.00 less (247) but that is BEFORE you add shipping and handling (Cheaper to go to Twin Lakes and pay sales tax).
Wound up with Dinosaur board (They know about them too and agree with me about Dino boards) for 108 but hey... I have not heard a bad word about 'em and this is my fifth winter in SC.
To the O/P.. this week (till the 15th) I'm in Carolina Landing
The week after that... South Cove, Then back here for two weeks.
This cycle will continue till March when South Cove turns into Twin Lakes COE campground in Pickens.
